We make every effort to keep our fees to an affordable level. We ensure that our annual increases are kept to a minimum and we are confident that you will find that our fee structure represents excellent value given the very high level of specialist residential & dementia and quality of accommodation.
Our weekly fees are for new admissions and are subject to change and pre-assessment.

Our care homes - an overview
- Fully furnished room and accommodation
- Specialist equipment and mobility aids in accordance with individual needs, including wheelchairs, hoists, and walking aids
- All food and beverages, freshly sourced from local suppliers, including daily main meals, supper, snacks and all drinks and refreshments
- All utility costs: electricity, gas, water
- All property taxes levied on the Home such as Council Tax
- TV License
- Full laundry service
- All necessary care and support in accordance with a resident’s agreed care plan
- An above average staffing levels that meets the complex needs of our residents
- Registration with our local GP where required
- Regular visits by local GPs where registered
- Full access to and use of all communal facilities
- Full access to and use of all communal grounds and gardens
- Free Wi-Fi and internet access
- Fixed telephone lines direct by BT
- TVs provided in all bedrooms

- Full electric profiling beds with mattresses providing optimum comfort where required
